You can select to subscribe 500Mbps commitment and pay US$1000/month.
if you use more than 500Mbps at any month, the 95%-tile network usage diagram will tell you how much excess traffic you have use. For example, you might have used up excess traffic of 100Mbps, then, the calculation of the billing invoice will be:
Per MB price = US$1000 / 500Mb = US$2.00/MB for the committed 500Mbps bandwidth usage
Excess Traffic Per MB price = 110% of US$2.00/MB = US$2.20/MB for excess traffic
If you use excess traffic of 100MB, then, the price you pay that month will be:
Internet Fee that month = US$1000 + 100Mbps x US$2.20 = US$1220

You never know how much traffic you will use in any month. But committing to a big bandwidth will not help you to save any money.
